Hochwertiger Kochwetzstahl mit hygienischem Kunststoffgriff, Made in Germany. Der Standardzug mit hohem Abtrag ist ideal für das Nachschärfen von Kochmesserklingen geeignet und du erreichst ein gleichmäßiges und wirkungsvolles Schärfergebnis. Durch die runde Klingenform des Wetzstahls hat er ein geringes Eigengewicht und ist angenehm für führen. Das Messer liegt nur punktuell auf der Wetzstahlklinge auf. Klingenlänge 30 cm. Oberflächenhärte über 65° HRC.
